10.0The staff did all those extra things that you didn’t expect. The people at the front desk were superb. The place is a hop skipped in a jump from the water bus or the people mover making it very convenient to get in to the center of Venice without being a face in the crowd

10.0This is a new clean hotel however it is far from the center of Venice. We didn’t mind that but if you want to be in the middle of it all this hotel is a 15-20 minute water taxi away but the taxis are across the street.

8.0The accomodations were 5 stars...the included brakfast, thumbs up...the only con i had was at dinner ordered a burger and the server by accident dropped the bun on the floor picked it up,put it back on the burger and tried to serve it that way. I was offended and complained to management..👎
