10.0Staff were very friendly even though I did not speak Spanish well. It is about a 30 minute Metro ride to the center of Madrid, but away from the tourist crowds and close to the Chamartín station where I needed to catch my onward train to Vigo. On the last day I decided to try their breakfast buffet, which had freshly made coffee, nice pastries, fruit, and juice. I was on the first floor, which was above the ground level on the street-side, but the neighborhood is fairly quiet. All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend it for travelers who have similar needs.

8.0The place was great, but you are looking for a place close to the city center, keep in mind it's you will have to do at least 30 min by Metro to get the city center.

10.0Very friendly staff. There were really any amenities or extras. The room was very basic. However the hotel is located on a very quiet street. My room had a balcony.
