6.0Check-in was very smooth and the front desk staff was accommodating. We arrived early and knew rooms would not be ready, but one room was available so we stored luggage there. Surrounded by restaurants, shops. Easy 7 min walk to the Tube, close to Piccadilly Circus. Cafe area was easily accessible and PM staff was excellent. Beds are VERY hard; it was very uncomfortable for family member with MS and chronic pain. Rooms are also very small with no place to unpack clothes. No closet, just several hooks on the wall with hangers; we are traveling for 2 weeks and it was challenging navigating the room with large suitcases. Service a location were top-notch, but we would not stay again due to room comfort.
