8.0Apartment was clean and in a great location. The two bedrooms so close to a tube station was perfect for our trip. The check-in process was easy and the instructions were accurate and simple to follow, even including a video walkthrough of the process. The building was quiet and felt very safe. A few small issues the property could fix up, though. The shower was hard to get in and out of due to the narrow opening and all glass enclosure, along with a step in and out. The lights flickered or had dead bulbs in just about every room, but the kitchen was the worst. It was hard on the eyes sometimes if they flickered hard. Otherwise, it was a great little apartment and we had a great time. We would definitely book again if we come back to London.
