10.0Though checkin rime was 2pm or was it 3? they allowed me to come in qnd use their shower and towels, even after i checked out they allowed to get inside theproperty with a qr code, they were very helpful, the rooms were small but since it was a short stayi didnt mind, 5 mins walkin g distance to Mustafa shopping, lot eateries in the immediate beighbourhood, jalan bazar mrt about 10mins walking distance, makes this an good place for low budget stays The facilities were comparatively cleen, sometimes you will get a person there, the support phone nos mostly work and they solve your problems, there is a 7 x 11 next door, they have kitchen, iro ing facilitates, if youbare traveling alone for a short stay this is a very good ideal place for low budget 👍

8.0Good because its clean, organised and smooth to check in/out. Only thing is the gypsum partition is close that you can hear people either coughing, sneezing or talking on the phone.
self check in doesn't work
4.0It was self check in but it didn't work. I put both my name in and my reservation number, twice and it didnt work. Finally I bashed on the door and a guest came out and gave me wifi code so I could call for help and he gave me a number to put in. I did not have this number prior. it was 11.30p and I am a single female traveller on a layover.

6.0It is not 24 hour front counter service. The room key insert the sensor is not so sensitive.So I try on and on then it work.I am fraid to pull out the card. Next morning, I forgot the key with me and I was locked out the hotel.Waiting someone come out.Waiting.,..waiting...
