2.0The hotel was very poor, and I do not recommend booking a room here. The management was also uncooperative. On the first day, I found a cockroach in my room and showed the photo to the front desk, but they did not take the issue seriously. I requested to cancel my stay, but they told me that because the booking was made through Hotels.com, they could not process the cancellation. As a result, I was forced to stay in the room for two more nights despite the unsanitary conditions.
