Good location for the Bayfront area, didn’t feel clean or fresh.

It was close to Bayside Park. I also liked the coffee counter in the lobby. Lots of extra towels. Good soundproofing when the balcony door was closed which was needed, and good air conditioning that was easy to use and ran quietly. Also use of the washer dryer was handy since I was traveling round USA with only a 4 night stop in Miami.

− Parts of the bathroom didn’t appear clean, the bathroom mats and the bed linen didn’t feel clean or fresh; bed linen was very cheap and not good material for a hot climate. There were only 4 hangers for 2 people staying 4 nights. There were a lot of fake feather ornamental displays and scatter cushions, which I found off putting as they gather dust and not great for a multi occupancy situation. The balcony wasn’t clean. I hadn’t picked up from booking.com this was a private rental, that may have been my mistake but I didn’t think that was made clear. When I arrived and approached the front desk the guy who was on duty was very rude and dismissive telling me to move aside as I had a private rental and he couldn’t help me with getting my key, and that I had to work out what to do on my own.. I was able to do this from the messages I had been sent but it wasn’t a great first experience and not what I was expecting and felt you had no support from staff at the location.

10/10 will highly recommend and stay here again

I Ioved everything about the property, it was clean and smelled nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming, very helpful as well. Even the host was nice and very helpful and communicated very well.

Great place to stay before our cruise!

Close to the port! And free trolley ! Had a lot of amenities that we didn’t even have time to use

The apartment itself is lovely thought we only got to stay one night in it. The location is good near bayside however this is accommodation that is also for students. The regular smell of weed wasn't great in the building and it felt less of a holiday destination particularly on the rooftop pool due to students.

− We returned on day 2 to our apartment to find it full of dehumidifiers, huge, industrial and noisy. We contacted the host who just told us to unplug them and said not to worry our things were safe even though someone had been in our room. We checked with the reception downstairs and they said that the host would have been notified and there had been a major leak a few weeks ago and we could not move them. They had been installed by a specialist company who would also be carrying out work in the apartment The host thankfully had another apartment they could let us have but had we not contacted bookings.com or spoken to reception we would have been stuck in an apartment with workmen and industrial equipment. Really quite disappointing.
