10.0This is not a bed and breakfast. It is a comfortable, clean apartment with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is an affordable option for those who want to avoid the very high hospitalities found in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Yes, you need to take the free ferry service into Manhattan, but the ferry terminal is within walking distance and the ride is generally comfortable and relaxing.
− The immediate surrounding area does not provide much in the way of restaurants and supermarkets. However, there are transportation alternatives to getting around Staten Island if you want to patronize local businesses while staying here.

10.0Todo, es un lugar maravilloso, super acogedor, limpio, ordenado; La ubicación es perfecta, ya que está súper cerca al Ferry gratuito. Y lo más importante los propietarios son muy amables; sin pensarlo en nuestra próxima visita nos gustaría hospedarnos acá de nuevo.

3.0Die Lage ist gut, da man sehr schnell an der Fähre nach Manhattan ist. Läden und Gastronomie ist in der Nähe. Es ist eine sichere Gegend.
− Das Apartment, oder besser gesagt die kleine Wohnung sah aus, als ob jemand sie kurzfristig für die Vermietung geräumt hat. Alle Schränke waren mit Artikeln des täglichen Leben gefüllt. Die 2 angebotenen Zimmer waren das Wohnzimmer in das ein Doppelbett gestellt wurde und ein kleiner Raum im Eingangsbereich der auch mit einem Doppelbett bestückt war. In der Küche stand zusätzlich eine sehr große Couch, die hier eigentlich nicht hingehört. Nutzbare Schränke gab es nicht. Der Außenbereich des Hauses war ungepflegt. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus ließ zu wünschen übrig.
