10.0וואו מיקום מעולה על הbay front park , קרוב מאוד לbrickell, wynwood . הבניין מדהים, בריכה וג׳קוזי גדולים החדר גדול עם מכונה ומייבש בתוך הדירה !! מקלחון גדול, מרפסת ממש נחמדה . מטבח מאובזר לחלוטין ! רק לבוא ולהתחיל לבשל/ לאפות . Bobbie היה מדהים למרות שחפרתי המון אז תודה !
− למרות הגובה , שמעו כל דבר מלמטה כמעט /עבודות שיפוצים , אז היה נחמד אם החלונות היו אטומים לרעש , אבל זה מינורי ממש

− Запах марихуанны будет с вами все время вашего проживания. Если вы не курите или путешествуюте с детьми, лучше найти другой вариант размещения. Самое обидное, что владельцы особо то и не при чем, курят соседи. Но из-за особенностей строительства во Флориде, через стены, вытяжку и вентиляционую шахту запах будет у вас в апартаментах. Во избежании негативных отзывов, при бронировании размещения семейными путешественниками, стоит указывать на возможность данной проблемы.
