− Atraso de 3 horas para o nosso check in. Toalhas cheirando mal. Tapete de banheiro sujo. De 6 elevadores, apenas 2 funcionavam, caos no prédio para descer e subir. E não é barato! Não fiquem aqui, há milhares de opções em Miami.
Bad to the point I had to leave
1.0− Property smells like weed, was double booked, room provided was filthy. I had to leave and find other options for my stay. Host was not kind nor understanding even though he was in the wrong.

− It was an awful staying!! I got the room at 21:30 pm after 5:30 h waiting!! Your team didn’t send me nothing except an address!! No one answered even in the building nobody knows about my arrival!! I sent massage to this number and you applied me is Mohammad…..!!! You even don’t notice who you talking to!! But this is just the beginning!! The building is in renovation !! No pool !! No spa !! Second of all the apartment is dirty and smells gross, broken and dirty floor with stains, curtains are dirty and not blocking the sun so you can’t sleep!! Small of sewerage from the sink I took a photo and video of everything!! You are making false advertising and this is not right !! I expect a manager to call me asap !!
