Great location, quiet, very relaxing.
10.0The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very useful. It was stocked with the most spices of any rental I have ever been. It was close to attractions anywhere in miami. The parking garage was more spacious than most miami rentals. The host was friendly and would take care of anything at a moments notice. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Would rent again. The gym was smaller, but not crowded. Also the tech was amazing, everything through your phone.
− Only lower value is because we rented during valentine's day weekend. It was comparable and a little less than elsewhere but more than the usual price for miami on any other weekend. Also, not the fault of the host, but you needed to contact and inform prior to 5 pm or they can't get a parking permit till the next day. We had to park outside, but the neighborhood was safe, but most of the parking was metered. Not too expensive, but you had to renew every 4 hours. The side streets were free but usually taken.

10.0Such a comfortable & great stay. Host was available 24/7 & was amazing my whole stay. It’s very close to downtown, which was perfect for us, & the building is very put together. The penthouse itself was such a gem. I had an amazing experience here. A home away from home!
