Pleasant stay close to family
8.0Close to where my relatives lived Comfortable bed and good to have a washing machine and kettle etc Nice bathroom
− Power outage on day of my checkout and i was not informed. There were a few notices near reception but all residents should have been sent a message. I had washing in the machine and couldn’t open it and there were no people at the front desk and no number to call. I went during their morning office hours at 11 am. I found a very helpful maintenance man who helped me One evening i came back and My room was left open by the cleaners possibly?? I informed the front desk and they never got back to me or apologised . I am staying there for another week so i hope the reception is much better and i will give them a wonderful review
