10.0First of all, I want to thank the staff for checking us in early to a clean room. Secondly, there is always free water and clean restrooms available. Thirdly, there are plates, cups, a kettle, and a microwave if you get hungry. You can also leave your belongings in the luggage storage area. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Friendly staff, comfy beds, just tiny rooms and a wee bit pricy
7.0Staff was super kind at check-in and was an easy process! They even let us access our room earlier than the listed check in time. The rooms were clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The lighting and the speaker in the room also made it a fun stay with friends. The facilities were overall pretty clean, and the offering of drinks (at an extra cost, but still cheaper than the bar) was a nice touch. I think had we been in the lower room it might’ve felt more spacious, but once you’re up on the bed it’s not too bad! Close to transit and easy to get around, there’s not a ton of places near the hotel itself as it’s not quite as central but definitely some nice little restaurants, and the train is less than 5 minutes from the front door, which also made it very easy to get there from the airport which was appreciated as we were carrying our luggage. They also have lockers where you can safely secure your items upon check out if you still have some time in the city.
− I will say especially with two people—the higher up room types feel extremely cramped. There is a wall that makes what standing room you have feel very cramped, and it was quite difficult to move around. I also felt that the ladder was not very safe—I can understand the limitation of space, but my friend and I both fell off one night 😭 My only thing that was a bit frustrating is that we booked this property because it listed A/C as an amenity on several different booking websites. The hallways were quite cool, but the rooms were extremely stuffy, with no windows that opened, and we were told there actually is no A/C—so we felt a bit mislead, as we were willing to stay a bit further out from the city centre and pay the price to be a bit more comfortable at night. The showers seemed to get a little dirtier everyday we were there, but nothing to phone home about. Bottom line I feel like this was quite an expensive property—there are definitely several fun touches they offer and the staff is nice, but we paid over 400 CAD to share a bathroom and sleep in a very small room; which is the one thing that would make me reconsider staying here again.

It was a great place on a budget and for the younger crowd. It was clean but shower door was broken and restroom was me
