Comfy rooms, short walk to Bencoolen station. Great staff.
8.0Comfy rooms. We had a 4 person suite and a 2 person suite. 2 person suite was just a bed + a kitchenette area with washer/dryer combo, it was sufficient. 4 person suite was quite spacious for 2 adults + 2 young children. Property had outdoor lounging area on various floors, very neat.

5.0The size of the rooms are good and there is a proper kitchenette stocked with cutlery and dishware which was really good for our family. The location is also fairly convenient with lots of food options around.
− Bathroom ventilation wasn’t great and the floors had a tacky feel to it. Housekeeping only happened once during our stay. We forgot to sign out of our Netflix account as we were in a rush to check out and the next guest staying in the unit my family stayed at ended up using our account and messing up our episode watch sequence. I am surprised there is no thorough resetting of the digital systems in the apartment - at hotels when we do the same it always gets logged out by the hotel when we leave but here it’s not the case.
