4.0Molto bello esteriormente lo stabile, Buona posizione vicino alla metropolitana e comoda la presenza dell'angolo cottura la struttura era abbastanza pulita
− Per prima cosa ci sono da fare tre rampe di scale scomodissime e strettissime, l'appartamento era in realtà una sauna (non parliamo del bagno cieco praticamente inaccessibile per il caldo), con un caldo mostruoso, si sudava di giorno e di notte (praticamente impossibile dormire), la stanza è dotata di un semplice minuscolo ventilatore; quando abbiamo posto il problema ai proprietari ci è stato risposto che il condizionatore costava €30 a notte (mai vista una cosa simile), per un ritardo di 10 minuti nella consegna delle chiavi (check-out alle 11 riconsegnate alle 11:10) ci sono state fatte tante storie , avevamo chiesto di lasciare i bagagli per un'ora FUORI dall'appartamento (sotto nostra responsabilità) e non ci è stato consentito, insomma assoluta mancanza di disponibilità
Good for a night's stay but scope for some improvements.
7.0Good room size, overall tidy.
− Cleanliness could be better. Long hair in the shower and the floor was sticky in places. Not great. My main issue was the broken iron and flimsy also broken ironing board. In fact, they were useless. Annoying as I did was an amenity I needed. I did send a message though their website asking if they had a fan. Never got response, but they did have one.
Great for work or leisure
8.0The location is superb. Room size is good and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of eateries and bars nearby
− Unfortunately we stayed during a heatwave and the room was like a sauna. Although a fan was supplied it was inadequate and there was no air conditioning. That said on a usual British weather day I would have no complaints at all

The property operates a self-check in system and the apartments/units are self serviced. There is no reception or concierge at this property. Guests will be sent check in instructions via email 2 days prior to arrival.
The apartments are located from the lower ground floors through to the 3rd floors (no elevator). Special requests regarding floors cannot be accommodated.
Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try their best to do so wherever possible.
The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 people and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds and no cots.
Please note that there are no weekly housekeeping services. Bed linen and towel exchange services are available upon request and on a weekly basis only.
