Terrible experience
1.0You have arrogant staffs who don’t care about customer service. Very rude, lazy and dirty management. Nothing works in that hotel. Cold answers from staff and dirty environment. Change ur beds and sofa’s. Ur in a good location nice building but terrible services. One staff tells you this another one overturns the following day. Suhur food was terrible. I had the worst experience ever in all my travel around the world. Atleast have gender balance at the reception. Those men are lazy, rude and very arrogant. Allow clients to pay laundry through visa cards stop making our life difficult.
− Everything. You need massive overhaul. Plus please change that dirty carpet at the reception. Very bad first impression
