− Телефон не работал, смеситель душа был вывернут, занавеска была порвана. За 3 дня ничего не починили.

5.0This was our third stay at the hotel, and once again, Manager Eyüp welcomed us with his usual warmth and professionalism. He made us feel truly valued as returning guests. The breakfast was 👍 and the morning service was attentive, friendly, and efficient.
− The only downside was the mattress, which was very uncomfortable. We believe it is time to replace it to make guests' stays even more comfortable.

8.0Labai gera vieta. Labai lengva susisiekti visuomeninių transportu. Šalia metro ir funikulieriaus stotelė. Šalia Istikal (pėsčiųjų) gatvė.
− Kambarys su balkonu į gatvės pusę, tai labai didelis triukšmas.
