6.0Comfy bed in master room but double bed in the other room was too small for 2! Spacious and modern bathrooms. Strong water pressure. Elevator in building. Easy check-in.
− Having to choose between £350 refundable deposit or £35 damage waiver. Clothes dryer didn't dry clothes effectively (I suspect servicing is due) even after a full drying cycle on a hot day. We requested for a laundry rack but only received it on our 2nd last day. Construction noise in the morning (before 9am!) which was not communicated to us prior to our stay. Frankie staff went to great lengths to contact us before we checked in, even by calling us to ensure we knew how to check in, but not once did they mention this. Oven baking tray and racks were dirty and greasy. Some of the plates were dirty too. No coat rack. Pillows were too flat. No aircon.

9.0Locatie was top. Eenvoudig in- en uitchecken. Host volgt zijn gasten op en is te bereiken indien nodig

10.0Minden tetszett! Kiváló volt az elhelyezkedése, boltok, éttermek, buszmegálló stb. minden volt a közelben. Tisztaság volt és a szállás mindennel felszerelt. Az ágyak a kanapéágy is kényelmesek voltak. A lakás tágas, 5 embernek kiváló. Nagyon szépen be van rendezve. A bejelentkezéshez pontos leírást és tájékoztatást kaptunk, bármikor bármiben segítségünkre volt a személyzet ( nem volt erre szükség). Összességében minden nagyszerű volt, ide biztos, hogy még visszatérünk ha megint Londonba utazunk. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek!
