Goed onderhouden appartement, goed bed, fijne indeling, handige keuken en goede badkamer

− Het was warm in London toen wij er waren (tussen 22 en 30 graden), er waren twee ventilatoren maar het appartement hield de warmte wel vast aangezien de zon er op staat overdag. Liever nog een ventilator erbij zetten of iets doen met tijdelijke koeling in de zomer als het zo heet is.

La ubicación, las estancias, espacioso, un aseo en cada planta, salón amplio y con terraza, estuvo bien que nos dejarán café y té, además utensilios de cocina y todo en buen estado.

− El wifi no funciona bien, no teníamos guía de instrucciones de los electrodomésticos de la cocina y no los pudimos usar, el ventilador del salón no funcionaba.

− Had to pick up the keys from a corner shop. Close by so fairly quick, but extra hassle. Had to complete a lot of additional information after booking with Booking.com with the agency that rents out the property, and pay an additional deposit which was not mentioned when I made the booking. I am still waiting to get this back.

Location to train and bus were excellent. Some good restaurants in the area.

− No air conditioner, But there were fans.

Exceptional location, good appartment that could be incredible if better IT and wifi.

The appartment itself is quite nice, lots of big window and it is super close to Euston Station, which makes it incredibly convenient for both train and subway transportation. There's an M&S food right next door, a few local restaurants nearby. Location really is great. Bed is super comfy and there's a washer-drying in the bathroonm, which is extremely helpful if you want to wash your clothes. The place is clean.

− 1. Things that I'm guilty of: I didn't read the full details before booking the place. It turns out once you have booked the place, you will get an email from the management asking you to fill an detailed form. Then, once this is done, you will be sent a link to give a mandatory deposit (equivalent to about $900 CAD). Then, once the deposit is completed, you will get more info on how to get the keys (you need to stop in a little convenience stop nearby to get the keys) and then you will be able to access the appartment. I use booking.com because I don't want to send money to some random people and have the safety of booking.com. TBH, if I would have known of all those steps and the additional deposit, I don't think I would have booked this appartment. 2. Things I couldh't have known before, although the reviews did mention it: the wifi is unreliable, despite the fact the router was litterally a few meters from me. I was traveling while working and needed to take online meetings. It was impossible with the wifi and I had to use my own cell data package as a hot spot. In 2026, wifi is a must and this shouldn't even be an issue. There is pub downtstair, right under the windows. I was there during a heatwave and I kept the windows open and it was a bit loud. I don't go to bed before 11pm or midnight so it wasn't an isue for me but it would be worth being clearer about it. There are two TV in the appartment, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. I'm pretty good with technology but never managed to get any of the two to work. I don't watch much TV anyway, but it's a bit of an annoyance.
