The room was very clean, and the check in was smooth

− The bed was quite small for two people. More importantly, during my stay, the room was unbearably hot. The temperature inside was around 40°C, significantly hotter than the outdoor temperature, which was around 30°C. The room seemed to be designed in a way that prevented any meaningful air circulation, even keeping the window open and using the small fan provided). The only way I could fall asleep was by going to bed immediately after taking a shower, with my hair still wet, just to keep myself cool. The room was so hot that I couldn't stay in it for any longer than absolutely necessary to sleep. I understand that London was experiencing an unusually severe heatwave during those days. However, my experience was so uncomfortable that I seriously considered booking a room at another hotel, and I certainly would have done so if my stay had been longer. For this reason, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel during the summer, especially if high temperatures are expected.

Clean, easy self check-in, reasonable size. Fairly quiet for Paddington.

− Lower ground floor, so inevitably a bit musty. A single fan but no a/c. Wifi did not work at all.

− No air-conditioning during the warm days. Service quite unfriendly and not open for solutions. You can't really open windows due to the street Infront of the door. It is quite noisy.

Studiato e ottimizzato nei dettagli. Posizione ottima, vicinissima a fermata della metro Edgware Road e al supermercato. Comodo l’angolo cottura.

− La mancanza di aria condizionata è stata pesante date le temperature di inizio luglio. Stanza molto calda. Peccato non ci sia un ripostiglio per deposito valigie.

Spotlessly clean but not set up for hot weather!

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bathroom and kitchen facilities we good. Also the location was very convenient. We had excellent communication too.

− We had booked for two nights but had to leave after only one. This was due to the insufferable heat in the apartment. There was only a fan to cool the place down we had virtually no effect at all. We then had to keep the window open all night but as the apartment is ground level, meant we were in full view of anyone passing. Therefore, we had virtually no sleep for the entire night. The thought of another night of the same was just not an option.
