The apartment is cozy and the location is great. It is at the back of the building, so the view from the window is not particularly nice, but this is already visible in the photos. On the plus side, it is very easy to access, especially compared with apartments on the higher floors. Transport connections to the city are excellent, with metro stations nearby. Just two streets away, there are also plenty of shops and great restaurants. Overall, it was a good stay. One useful tip: if you need to throw away rubbish, there are large bins at the end of the street, opposite the park. Otherwise, they can be quite difficult to find.

− Since the apartment is on the ground floor and the door has almost no sound insulation, you can hear everything happening in the hallway. The electric entrance door is extremely loud, and the cleaning staff seem to have a storage room next door, so they can also be heard working in the morning. The bed frame also squeaks loudly with even the slightest movement, which can easily wake you up during the night.

The room was clean and bright. Clear instructions provided regarding entry and key collection. The location is very good - shops, restaurants, and two tube stations within a few minutes walk.

− Our booking was for a 'small studio apartment'. It was certainly small and might technically qualify as a studio apartment by virtue of the fact that the room contained a sink, microwave and induction stove, but I've stayed in hotel rooms with much more space. I can deal with tight spaces, but the size of the bed was a real issue. I'd estimate it was a 'small double', i.e. 122 cm (4ft) wide). My wife and I aren't particularly big people, but we found this to be so uncomfortable that we ended up buying an inflatable mattress after the first night so that one of us could sleep on the floor. It's also worth noting that there is no lift or air-conditioning in the building (the later is unlikely to be an issue during much of the year, but London can get quite warm during the summer).

Great location

− The very small fan provided little air and the window does not let up all the way to let in air. If it is up there is not screen to protect you from the bugs.

Location was great for what we needed and it was clean

− No air-conditioning, TV only had pay-for apps so we couldn’t relax in our room with the tv after a long day, no milk?? (Every place I have ever stayed has at least long life milk!) the bed was not even a proper double bed (4ft if that) so I had to sleep on the floor for two of our three nights.
