Ruim, goed bed, grote ramen, mooie locatie, schoon. Entree zonder pasje of sleutel.

− De slaapbank is echt niet comfortabel voor twee grote kinderen. En we moesten hoofdkussens bijvragen omdat die er niet genoeg waren. Kussens kwamen pas ip de vierde dag. Zitgelegenheid niet prettig. 1 bank en 1 oncomfortabel stoeltje. En een paar hoge krukjes aan de eettafel.

− No air conditioning !! The stuff didn’t bring us more fans it was the hottest !!! Week in London of all time The sofa bed in the living room destroyed my back not suitable for sleeping a week Sink small no shelves in bath to put stuff Gabr us 4 little bottles of soap and shampoo and 4 exact towels for 4 people for 5 days !

Beliggenheden var fantastisk, lejligheden var stor og lækker. Køkken med alt hvad man skulle bruge - gratis te og kaffe! God seng. Super god bruser. Jeg kommer gerne igen!

− Det var ekstremt lydt fra lejligheden ovenpå og i stuen var lyden fra gaden som om vinduerne stod åbne. Heldigvis skulle ingen sove i stuen. Jeg kunne ikke finde ud af at åbne vinduet i soveværelset. Boksen som jeg gerne ville have haft låst penge og pas ind i var låst da jeg kom. Jeg skrev og bad om hjælp, men fik aldrig svar. Bortset fra det, så var det en fantastisk lejlighed, som jeg klart vil anbefale!

Perfect location

This place has the perfect location. It's in Covent Garden, very easy to go around by walking, or underground, or bus - depends on what you prefer. There are lots of places to eat around. The kitchen is proper, and I like that there is the dishwasher. There is no lift but it's just the first floor. Not hard at all unless you have any physical limitations. We stayed happily for a week, it was pretty comfortable.

− There is some noise coming from the street especially at night time in the weekends. However, it is acceptable and not too bad. We did not have any trouble with sleeping with an open window. The place is managed by a company. To be fair, their instructions for the checkin, location were very good. My only feedback is for their support. When I send an email asking questions like "is tap water drinkable?", they only respond during business hours meaning after 6 pm and weekends are excluded (in our case there was also a bank holiday on monday, extending that to 3 days). Don't get me wrong, the staff are helpful, but the company should find a way to have more staff to respond to out of hours requests - in the end this is the business of hospitality...
