Grand et confortable, bien placé juste à côté du métro. Très propre. On s'y sent bien.

− Les fenêtres sont bloquées inutilement trop bas, rendant le studio invivable avec la chaleur. Remonter de 10 cm ne permettrait à personne de tomber au travers, mais améliorerait grandement le confort. Sinon c'était parfait.

A very clean place, easy to get into and very clear instructions

− If I had to pick on one thing the bathroom was too small however as we only stayed for 2 nights it was good for us

It was essential to have the fan provided as the room was very warm. It would have been good to have an oven.

Worked for my purposes. Would only use again in the cooler months.

Good apartments in a good location, very clean and presentable. Liked the self entry exit system.

− Unfortunately they were incredibly hot and the windows didn't really allow the room to cool very much with a noisy street below. Only a fan provided but desperately needs air con. Would be great in the cooler months. The table and chairs provided were falling apart from previous guests.

I didnt stay. The room was far too hot and i booked into a different hotel.

Lovely studio apartment in a great location

Concept Apartments are very reliable & their apartments are always great quality & conveniently situated. This flat was modern, exceptionally clean & felt secure. The flat was on the top floor so there was a skylight on the landing & also one directly above the comfy double bed. The ability to ventilate the apartment with the in-room skylight, then opening the windows & using the supplied (powerful) fan were life-savers during the current heatwave. The bathroom was compact but functional & very clean. Towels, toilet rolls & toiletries are all included. There's a double wardrobe with drawers & space under the bed to keep your case, once you have un-packed. We didn't need to use the induction hub as constantly ate out. There is a launderette in the basement, if needed, but we didn't go down to see this. If you have any queries / need help before or during your stay, the company are very responsive & helpful. The flat was on the main high street, very close to several 24/7 convenience stores. It is about a 2 minute walk to the tube & (separate) Overground stations so brilliantly located. Safe & secure remote checking in process.

− We were aware that there were stairs up to the apartment - turned out to be 60 of them so be mindful if you have mobility issues.
