Appartamento bello e nuovo, pulizia ottima. Positivo
8.0Appartamento-loft molto ben tenuto e moderno. Pulizia impeccabile. Buona posizione vicino Camden ma tranquilla. Presenza di servizi nelle vicinanze.
− Per mia distrazione ho prenotato senza accorgermi che era prevista una cauzione di 450 pounds, valore maggiore dell’importo pagato per il soggiorno. Tuttavia dopo 7 giorni è stata sbloccata come previsto. Pertanto l’unica nota considerate questo aspetto in relazione al vostro budget per le vacanze.

7.0Posizione ottima, Camden ma nella parte tranquilla e comoda per i trasporti. L’alloggio è molto bello, la presenza di due servizi è un fattore molto positivo, c’è anche un terrazzino con un vista gradevole e la cucina è molto ben attrezzata.
− La richiesta, davvero non chiara in fase di prenotazione, di avere un deposito di 450 sterline, senza il quale non si possono avere indicazioni per il check in. Booking offre solo la prenotazione non rimborsabile, scoperta la richiesta non ho più potuto disdire. Viene poi chiesto di scaricare una app, dove si dice che il deposito viene richiesto solo in circostanze particolari ( gruppi grandi o se chi prenota ha meno di 21 anni), in realtà viene richiesto a prescindere. Le indicazioni arrivano all’ultimo, noi eravamo già in aeroporto, con difficoltà di collegamento telefonico, e ancora non avevamo l’indirizzo, fondamentale per prenotare l’uber. Il lato più negativo è comunque il confort dei letti (un matrimoniale alla francese, di fatto una piazza e mezzo, e un divano letto, entrambi scomodissimi (in particolare il materasso del matrimoniale) e dei cuscini, altissimi e rigidi.

Terrible - do not recommend
1.0Horrific customer service. Had this booked as an alternative via booking.com as another reservation fell through. They said it was 24 hours check in and parking close by. Neither true - check in after 6 pm in some random convenience store 12 mins away. Had to walk In a storm with a toddler for this. They maintained with booking.com that check in was available and did not cancel - horrible with communication and also did not confirm check in immediately. You have to send your life documents and the passport sync along with a 500£ deposit as a bank transfer! Seems almost scam like. Really rude personnel. Would never recommend
