8.0Once we finally received the check-in instructions, we were happy with the place. Clean, functional, nice furniture and aesthetics.
− Despite multiple follow-up over weeks, no check-in instructions until the day before. Much too hot, no air conditioning. Coffee machine did not work.

10.0El apartamento está genial. Muy limpio y cuidado, y en general todo ha sido un 10. Además, está muy bien ubicado. Sinceramente, no hay nada que no me haya gustado, porque hemos estado muy a gusto durante toda la estancia. Si tuviera que mencionar un par de detalles que podrían mejorarse, diría que estaría bien disponer de un mantel y que el colchón me resultó algo incómodo. No obstante, esto último es una cuestión muy personal y puede que simplemente no se adapte a mis preferencias. También quiero destacar que la cuna para el bebé estaba genial, algo que agradecimos mucho. En cualquier caso, estos son solo pequeños detalles y no quiero que se interpreten como algo negativo, sino como sugerencias de mejora. Hemos estado fenomenal y considero que el apartamento es un 10. Con algunos pequeños ajustes, ¡sería incluso más que un 10! 😊

− - Había una especie de alarma que pitaba de vez en cuando y la última noche no paró - Pagar por entrar antes y por salir después. Entiendo que, si sale gente tarde (aunque la salida es a las 10:00 am) no podamos entrar temprano. Pero no tener la opción de dejar las maletas o cobrarnos por dejarnos... Lo veo excesivo. Aun así, agrademos que nos diesen la posibilidad
