9.0Location, cleanliness, facilities. Jamie, the maintenance man is a champion and was very helpful and accomodating to us.

7.0Apartment in a perfect location for coffee shops & restaurants. Apartment spacious, clean and comfortable.
− The Apartment is above a Bar/Restaurant and was very loud & rowdy until gone 2am as I was on the Sofa bed. My friends in the back bedroom said was noisy with the Bar/Restaurant emptying the bottles. We had neighbours upstairs that had children who were noisy running around. We were there for only 1 night could not get in until 3pm and had to leave by 10am so not even 24hrs. I checked if we could book in/out earlier/later which we could for a further charge

Great location but could be more comfortable
8.0The apartment is in a fantastic location. It's a decent size and the kitchen facilities were excellent. Check-in was very straightforward.
− The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable and provided little support. The duvet and pillows were of poor quality. The sofa bed was very hard, even when using just as a sofa. There were no instructions in the property for use of appliances and I couldn't find the hairdryer that was listed as an amenity. The property does get very hot and, as stated in the description, there is no air conditioning. There was a fan provided or the windows could be opened, but either option was quite noisy. The apartment has the potential to be a great property if some of the soft furnishings and furniture were improved.
