Great fixtures and fittings and very spacious flat better than pictures ! Idea location for tube and 10 min walk to Hyde park .

− Only thing would say no way to get ventilation in if not in apartment and great that tea coffee sugar and coffee machine but no milk this would have made my day if had been when arrived but M&S 2mins away so no great deal .

Ground floor apartment. Small but compact and clean. Only one bath towel for two people.

Compact and clean. Close to Edgeware tube station

− The hallway sensory light kept coming on during the night. Had to leave bedroom door open as heatwave in London. Not sure what triggered the sensor.

Very clean and good location, but the amenities are very basic.

The self check-in instructions for the property were extremely clear and the directions easy to follow. The property was very clean, and the location perfect for an event that we were attending nearby as well as close to multiple tube lines for travel elsewhere in the city.

− The apartment amenities were minimal and extremely basic. As mentioned in other reviews, there are very limited dishes and cutlery available, and the cutlery is in a very high cupboard above the stove which is difficult to access. The bed is extremely small (even by European standards) and we had difficulty sleeping two people. There are a lot of small upgrades that could be made to make the stay much more comfortable (e.g., hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, a small side table by the sofa to put drinks or other items when sitting on the couch, additional cutlery and dishes, etc.). Although the apartment is 'fine', we have stayed in several other apartments in London which offer much more comfort and will likely return to those instead of this location.

Great location, clean, safe and secure, close to transport and all amentities.

Fantastic location, close to the Tube. Quick process to get keys/drop off keys. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed.

− The apartment had a very odd layout meaning that we didn't use the sofa as it was a little room of its' own with no tv.
