9.0De tudo. Foi muito bom receber um código de entrada para check-in. Chegamos às 2h e pudemos já entrar no quarto. O único problema é o fato de não ter elevador. Se a mala estiver pesada, é um pouco difícil de subir. Mas, os atendentes vieram em nosso auxílio. Recomendo muito o local. Outra coisa ótima foi o local comum com ar condicionado, mesa, iluminação e vendas em máquinas de café, água, referigerante, sanduíche e chocolates. A equipe do hotel está de parabéns.

10.0Very friendly helpful staff. Took great care of us, ensuring we had everything we needed, knew everything we needed to know, to really enjoy our time in Madrid. Thanks guys. Location perfect. We were there to see Spain celebrate their World Cup win, and despite being a stone’s throw from all the celebrations the Artistic was perfectly quiet!
