​Un grand merci à toute l’équipe et en particulier à Mme Imane pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et sa réactivité durant tous les jours de notre réservation. ​L’établissement est idéal pour les familles grâce à sa proximité avec le métro et le bus. Je recommande les yeux fermés

Vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen, hele goede locatie maar zeker geen 4 sterren zoals vermeld.

De locatie en de mensen zijn heel vriendelijk

− We zaten in een appartement met achterstallig onderhoud. De laminaatvloer had een eerder opgelopen waterschade waardoor het er onverzorgd uitzag. Douchekop gaf problemen, toen we dit aankaarten werd het meteen aangepakt.

We stayed in this hotel apartment for nearly 2 weeks, and overall we were very happy with our stay. the location is excellent, it is an area full oh shops and restaurants, well connected to the center and landmarks, with bus and also metro. One things we really appreciated was that housekeeping was available whenever we needed it. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly, and they made a big difference to our experience. They arranged airport taxis for us, gave us useful recommendations on places to visit and things to do, and were always willing to help. The apartment itself had both positive and negative aspects, which I’ll mention below. A message from Dave and Sousan : We had a wonderful time at Beddington Hotel & Residennees . The location was perfect . The apartments were very comfortable and clean . We had an option of daily cleaners who were very professional. Imon, the manager was very friendly, helpful, kind and attentive. Whatever we needed she was there to provide for us , with a smile . Nothing was too much . Also other members of the team , were very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this accumulation, highly .

− The first thing was that for some apartments the picture on the website and the apartment itself didn’t match, picture were showing a very modern, and new place whereas the apartments itself was not that new. The kitchen equipment could be better, some very old utensils and pots. It would be also nice to have a vacuum cleaner or even some basic broom if needed. We had some issues with the air-conditioner that the staff tried their best to fix it and it the end was sorted. I believe this was mainly because the building and some of the equipment are a bit old. We had booked 2 apartments there, the one bedroom apartment was much better, looked as its pics and we didn’t have any problems there.

Really good location, close to Osmanbey M2 metro station and a lot of shops. Not a lot of tourists, mostly locals, and you can have a true immersive turkish experience

− The residence has a karaoke 🎤 night bar right next to the building, and it was really loud. At 3AM, they were still singing. So, if you are a light sleeper, this location may not be for you
