− Portes de la douche cassées et limite dangereuses. Chasse d’eau des wc défectueuse, fenêtre de droite impossible à fermer donc isolation phonique lamentable. Équipements de la salle d’eau rouillés. Et l’établissement quasiment impossible à trouver( merci à la serveuse du restaurant voisin de nous avoir indiqué l’entrée . Pas d’accueil physique.

4.0Die Lage war gut. Das Doppelzimmer war ok.
− Ich hatte ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht, beim Einchecken haben wir aber nur ein Zweibettzimmer bekommen. Als Alternative haben wir dann ein Dreibettzimmer im Dachgeschoss bekommen, wobei das dritte Bett eine sehr schlechte Notvariante war.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It will ruin your trip
1.0Only good thing about this place is that it was a 15 min walk to the train station.
− We were left outside in 35 degree heat for 2.5 hours because the property did not respond to our emails, messages on booking .com or our phone calls. While we were waiting outside, a stranger walked past and said “they do this every time”. Eventually I had to get another party to try and contact them, which they responded 3 minutes later and called it “good timing” when they complained about their lack of responsiveness, as from that point of contact, they were prompt however neglected to acknowledge the other various messages from 2.5 hours beforehand. Once we got into the room, they acknowledged that they had seen my messages and responded. Once in the room, they told us that we were in the wrong room and had to relocate. Then they said that information was wrong and we were in the right room in the first place. The fridge was not cold and the shower door was broken and dangling from the rail. When I pointed out that it was dangerous as it was about to fall off and shatter, they relocated us to a different room. In that room, some of the light switches were blocked by cupboards, the air conditioning did not have a remote and was set to 25 degrees which felt like it was doing barely anything. Overall terrible stay, terrible staff and were extremely rude when they were speaking to on message after leaving us outside with no contact.
