− Cuando llegamos, una de las habitaciones estaba cerrada. Avisamos por teléfono y tardaron unas dos horas en darnos una solución … insistimos en que viniera alguien a ayudar pero todo es por teléfono. Nosotros hablamos bien inglés pero sino hubiera sido así, el problema hubiera sido tremendo.
