− We booked for 4 people & paid a lot of money but had to make up the sofa bed ourselves…this should have been prepared for us!

Strong perfume and beds
1.0The location and everything inside the flat was great. The air fresher that constantly sprayed in the corridors caused a severe allergy attack for me. I almost needed and ambulance. As there are no ventilation inside the building, constantly sprayed fragrance causes severe coughing and breathing difficulty. Also the flat door has a deep gap at the bottom, therefore the perfume comes straight in the room. Breathing this in, while you are sleeping is a serious health hazard. Beds are so worn out and very uncomfortable. If they find a solution to that air freshener and replace the beds, this flat would score 10/10.. And if I knew that they’ve done this, I would definitely go back.

9.0The accommodation is really great, if only because of the location. You can reach Piccadilly Circus sn the station in under 5 minutes. All important information is provided well in advance. Early check-in is also possible. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment can be darkened effectively. Based on the reviews, we were a little worried about the noise level at night, but it's not that bad. You can definitely sleep—even in the living room. Text messages were answered immediately. The price is reasonable for the location and amenities. We'll be back, thank you for everything!
