6.0The location was great near the tube and trainstations. The big mirror in the bathroom and the fridge in the kitchenarea were great. Check-In and Check-Out were simple and convenient.
− The stairs to the rooms downstairs was a bit difficult with 2 large luggages.

4.0Very clean and convenient location. Easy check-in.
− The apartment was very clean but unfortunately being on the last floor with the heat wave and no AC made our stay unpleasant. We needed to sleep with the windows open (they don't even open all the way) and there's construction nearby so it was very noisy from early in the morning. We asked the property if they could move us to a different apartment but they say they were completely booked (we saw people leaving the next day). We also reported the hot water not working and asked for extra towels and no member the staff showed up.

8.0I stay with this company on a regular basis and their properties are always well maintained, well equipped, clean and comfortable and this was no exception. Communication with hosts is always excellent and check in instructions are clear and concise.
− It is not noted on the listing but the property is surrounded by construction sites so if you are sensitive to noise, be warned.
Bom bairro mas mais um dia e ficava descadeirada
7.0O quarto estava limpo e arrumado. Climatizado. A localização é perto de metro e autocarro pelo que foi perfeito para usufruir de transportes públicos na sua generalidade. O bairro é calmo e seguro.
− A cama… o colchão é tão duro que eu não sei se não era já uma tábua… as fotos também não corresponderam ao quarto em que ficamos mas não necessariamente foi um quarto mau. A identificação da entrada deixa a desejar.. é preciso ler bem os e-mails onde consta um vídeo no YouTube da porta da entrada. A ideia depois acaba por colmatar a ausência de identificação mas não faz sentido não haver uma sinalização.
