10.0Bien ubicado; tiene cerca el metro, tiendas de comestibles y restaurantes, pero a la vez está en una calle tranquila. Apartamento reformado y con todo lo necesario para preparar tus comidas y ahorrar un poco.
− En los días más calurosos se puede echar en falta el aire acondicionado. En mi caso, con abrir la ventana fue suficiente.

6.0La ubicación es fantástica. Esta muy bien ubicada cerca de Hyde Park, y cerca de la estacion de metro de Bayswater y Queensway. Ademas, también pasan muchos autobuses. El personal son muy atentos y responden muy rápido cualquier tipo de duda que pueda surgir.
− La cama es incómoda. Deberían cambiarla porque es bastante dura como que se nota que le colchón tiene bastante tiempo o no es de buena calidad. Al ser un semisotano se acumula bastante el calor y la humedad, no hay aire acondicionado solamente un ventilador. Otra cosa que deberían valorar es cambiar el grifo del baño porque salta demasiada agua fuera.

− Would only recommend top floor studio to younger mobile people. I was aware of the stairs but underestimated them. The top floor studio would not be recommended in summer, it is unbelievably hot and requires at least a powerful rotating standing fan, it is in full sun the whole day. The lower floors would be recommended only.

− Det var forferdelig varmt og ikke innafor å ikke ha aircondition i den varmen. Leiligheten var konstant minimum 30°, den lille vifta hjalp ingenting med å kjøle det ned. Altfor varmt på natta og planen vår om å tilberede måltider i leiligheten måtte bare settes til side fordi det var uutholdelig å være i leiligheten. Burde vært en portabel aircondition i leiligheten eller droppet å leie ut 4 etasje når det blir som en badstue.

3.0Struttura pulitissima e la posizione strategica
− La reattività dell’host è stata praticamente inesistente: non abbiamo ricevuto risposta per oltre 36 ore. Inoltre, ci è stato chiesto di contattarlo telefonicamente su un numero inglese, nonostante fossimo turisti stranieri e non del luogo. Anche l’appartamento avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione: diversi elementi dell’arredamento erano molto usurati, come alcuni cuscini visibilmente rovinati anzi, bucati. Nella doccia mancava inoltre un doccino mobile, utile per l’igiene personale, e non era presente nemmeno un portasapone. Tutto questo nonostante fossimo nella stanza venduta come monolocale Deluxe.
