Never staying there again.
5.0− Heatwave in London and 2 fans so nothing for the living area. No ice available. The fire alarm went off and continued and there was no advice as to what was happening even after alerting desk staff or later that evening when we returned. No phone to call the desk. No information in the rooms.

− No cooling, so it’s extremely hot in the room, we ended up checking out of our booking two days early and booking elsewhere. Wifi also didn’t work at all and staff at front desk just said “it works”… so we had to upgrade our mobile data plans.

− it was very noisy outside, which made it difficult to rest at times. The breakfast was quite poor and below expectations.
