evin konumu çok merkeziydi çoğu yere yürüyerek gittik, mutfağı temizdi yemek yapmak için gerekli malzemeler vardı. kahve makinası vardı geldiğimizde mutfağa kurabiye ve kahve bırakmışlardı :) etrafı gayet sessiz ve güvenliydi. giriş saatini kendimize göre ayarlamamıza yardımcı oldular. çıkış saati için biraz gecikeceğimizi belirtik ücretsiz bi şekilde yardımcı oldular. mail atarak sık sık bir şeye ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını her şeyin yolunda olup olmadığını bir problem olursa kendileriyle iletişime geçmemizi istediler.

− biz çok sıcak bi dönemde gittik klima olmadığı için bazı geceler uyumakta zorlandık. yastıkları çok inceydi rahat edemedik. havlu istememize rağmen getirmediler. konaklama sırasında evi ziyaret etmek istediler nedeni açık bir şekilde belirtilmedi ve bu bizi rahatsız etti, rahatsızlığımızı belirtince gelmekten vazgeçtiler.

Un appartement tres bien équipé, tres clair et chaleureux. L emplacement est incroyable proche de la station Farringdon d un petit Sainsburry pour les courses et de deux pépites pour manger ( le pub Clerk and Well et la cantine italienne Terroni ... des lieux super pour ma ger le soir. Avec une mention speciale pour le Sunday Roast du pub )

Beautiful and convenient apartment in good location

The quality-price ratio is very good. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. Although it is not very big, it has everything one might need. We didn’t hear any noise from the street or neighboring apartments.

− The TV internet (e.g. for streaming services) did not work during our entire stay, even though I had specifically requested these services before my arrival. Furthermore, when I reported the issue, the manager only suggested the same basic troubleshooting steps that I had already anticipated would not solve the problem. No further action was taken on their part. Although this may seem like a minor issue, I believe it highlights that there is considerable room for improvement in customer service. The location is quite good, with lots of cafés and restaurants, although the nearest underground station is at 10-minute walking distance from the apartment.
