− Presentaba algunos leves daños y el sofá manchado

Gestión del apartamento pésima ¡ No conseguí recuperar mis objetos personales que eran importantes !

− Me olvidé cosas importantes en la estancia y no hubo manera de contactar con la persona, nadie se hacía cargo y pasé dos semanas o más mandando mensajes y intentando recuperar mis objetos personales. Hubo alguien que fue personalmente en mi nombre a pedir que lo buscaran y la trataron con poco respeto. Honestamente esperaba más de un edificio asi, es una pena que por gente que lo gestiona mal tenga malas reseñas. Muy decepcionada.

Just the room and hotel was clean.

− The staff not polite. The host never fix our issue we asked for help about. The staff was so so. It felt a lil uncomfortable do to rules being forced only on 1 race of people.

The building was honestly a lovely building and the apartment room exceeded my expectations. The Crosby has many benefits to the hotel such as gym facilities, cinema room, work area, games area and rooftop area. The area itself, is still under construction so alot of works going on, opposite my room was a building under construction, so please be aware that that may be your view, but this honestly did not bother me. I was very impressed and pleased with my apartment and the facilities within it. The kitchen/dinning and living room area was a large area and stayed true to photos I had seen online. The added facility in the apartment of the washing machine and dryer was a plus for me. Both bedroom and bathroom was of a decent size also with built in wardrobe. The apartment had everything I could have needed. And the management staff were very helpful whenever I needed assistance and were easily contactable via email, often replying withing a few hours of my request. Generally speaking the apartment was clean and functioned as a very well detailed, stylish and functional apartment. And staff also in the hotel were very friendly and informative also. I would definatley stay again, should I be in Miami and I would also recommend for anyone travelling there also. You have many things in the local area also, like supermarkets, easily accessible train lines and restaurants. The area in itself i felt very safe as I was a solo traveller.

− My only complaint was the point of cleaning in two specific areas. 1. The shower had hair over the drain, which was honestly unpleasant to have to clean myself ( as its not my hair) 2. The dinning table was unclean from previous occupants. This however wouldn't stop me from visiting again! Thank you for your hospitality!

− Gli,addetti alla reception non risolvevano nessun problema. Dovevamo contattare direttamente l'host che poi provvedeva. Per tenere la stanza alcune ore in più ha preso 100 dollari. Una stanza pagata ben 300
