2.0The room smelled terrible and we came out with bed bugs. Great location but stay away

2.0BED BUGS! and Hostile Staff. They are infested with bed bugs and once we brought that to the staff's attention they escalated to management and said they would resolve this in the evening when we returned. We packed all our stuff expecting to be moved to a new room. However upon returning the staff changed their attitude and told us they applied poison in our room through an exterminator and became hostile by accusing us of bringing the infestation into the hotel. It was obvious they were trying to cover up their own infestation after we raised concern and requested a new room. They even went as far as telling us well you probably brought them in on the metro with you (we took private transportation). The photos online when booking are also deceiving. They show multiple rooms to make them appear bigger then they really are. The sofa couch was nasty with stains. Save yourself money and pain from bites and do not stay here.
