10.0Hazel is a wonderful host. She’s so helpful and caring and she makes a fantastic English breakfast. We enjoyed our breakfast conversations and learning about the unique and diverse area that she lives in. If you want an authentic London experience, look no further.

10.0Good location to get to the the london stadium, managed to park right outside very friendly host hazel nothing was to much trouble for her ,service with a smile, fry up in the morning was tasty , bed was comfy and toilet all clean, The b and b is a qwirky place with plenty of chracter. After the football hazel treated me to a celebration beer sorry westham, I would definitely stay again and will look forward to coming back in the future.

10.0Our host was beyond incredible. She made our stay one of our favourite parts about our trip! This is the most genuine English B&B experience you have ever wanted. I cannot recommend anything higher than this. It is cute, quiet, comfortable, and accommodating here with easy access to Forest Gate. You won't forget your stay here, that is for sure.
