8.0Hotel is ideally located for Southwark tube station and connecting lines to London. The hotel entrance was nice and welcoming, bar area very dark though. Stayed on 12th floor but opposite lift which made room noisy. Despite having the quiet notice on our door we were woken early by the housekeepers noisily hoovering and banging the skirting boards next door. The room was comfortable though, have stayed at Ibis before so the pod bathroom wasn’t a surprise although the extractor didn’t work so got warm in there. Tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and iron and board in room. Have another concert stay booked for September so would request away from the lifts.

8.0It’s clean and comfortable and in a great location for Southbank. Room has good air con and, for central London, it was nice and quiet.
