6.0Employees were very friendly esp. the pool guy from Kenya, the lobby/doorman was very helpful and willing to teach us how to take the metro, taxi, grocery etc., housekeeping is also friendly. But the room that we got has already stains, carpet stains, chairs already tainted, showers not working proper, toilet/bathtubs and walls have black stains already.. and the aircondition not cold enough.. we tried to ask for another room but they inform us that their fully booked… during midnight to morning aircon is not working efficient.. But the hotel employees were mostly friendly and accomodating… elevator is clean/resepsjon and the pool is amazing…

6.0The carpet in the room had stains; the soap dispensers were empty; and the bathtub had brown stains. Otherwise, safe and a short walk to the train station. Be aware that some of the rooms face an adjacent mosque and thus you hear the loud call to prayer, including at 5:00 am.
