Die Ausstattung war sehr komfortabel. Die Betten, inkl. das dritte Bett waren super bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt - mit hoher Qualität. Ebenso hat uns die ruhige, aber doch zentrale Lage gefallen. Der Underground ist in fünf Minuten Fussmarsch zu erreichen.

L’hôtel est vraiment beau on s’y sent bien dés notre arrivée, le personnel de réception nous a accueilli avec bienveillance et a su anticiper nos besoins ( une jolie carte à mon arrivée dans la chambre à l’occasion de mon anniversaire 🌸 encore merci pour cette attention !!!) Le petit déjeuner est parfait les menus servis à l’assiette sont délicieux et Pranisha et Roger sont adorables et bienveillant ils amènent la bonne humeur dès le matin et c’est tellement agréable, encore merci à vous🤗. Toute l’équipe de cet hôtel est formidable. Les chambres sont bien équipées , chaussons, peignoirs, bouteilles d’eau , snacks… Merci à notre réceptionniste qui nous a accompagnée jusqu’au jour de notre départ avec une immense gentillesse. Ce n’était pas notre premier séjour dans ce quartier mais ce fût de loin le meilleur !!!

On a positive note, the staff member named Stewart was truly helpful and did his best to assist us and resolve our issues. The housekeeping staff on the following days also did a great job. Additionally, the location is excellent with great proximity to the tube station, the breakfast was really good, and the beds were very comfortable.

− Our stay started with significant disappointments. The entrance to the hotel only has stairs, making it incredibly difficult to navigate with a stroller and heavy luggage. There is actually plenty of space to build an accessibility ramp, so the lack of one feels careless. Furthermore, when we entered our room, the sink was clogged and there was debris left inside the toilet. With a 4-hour gap between check-out (11 AM) and check-in (3 PM), it is unacceptable that these final checks were completely missed. To make matters worse, our request for a room change due to these issues was rejected

Merkezi yerde, her yere ulaşım çok kolay, klimalı rahat odalar, kahvaltı güzel ve doyurucu. Kahvaltı personeli inanılmaz enerjik, pozitif ve yardımcı. Richard ve Roger her günümüze neşeli enerjik bir başlangıç yapmamızı sağladı, bir dediğimizi iki etmediler. Çok teşekkürler

− Kahvaltıdaki poşe yumurtaları beğenmedik, kalabalık olduğu için muhtemelen önceden pişiriyorlar ve sipariş esnasında ısıtıp getiriyorlar.
