Great stay in Manhattan
10.0Great location and friendly staff; great world of Hyatt benefits. It was a last minute stopover due to delays from weather with the World Cup final. Got early check in and great service. Clean and well appointed rooms. Close to everything.

10.0Michelle at Front Desk was very professional and helpful. She left a lasting impression. If and when we return to New York will definitely our first choice will be the Hyatt Union Square, NY. We also had a meal at the hotel the service and the food was good. Five star rating overall for this hotel.
