− Olía fatal a tabaco todo, nos ofrecieron cambiarlo pero no vimos físicamente a nadie que no fuese de la limpieza
If you are looking for a comfortable bed in a good location, it’s fine but certainly isn’t luxury

− It needs some investment. Lots of things are close to breaking or falling off walls like the radiators.
Un séjour pratique pour visiter la ville, malgré des soucis d’entretien et d’accès.
5.0L’emplacement était excellent, idéal pour visiter la ville et profiter des sorties nocturnes. Malgré le relogement, le quartier était agréable et pratique. Lorsque nous avons rencontré des problèmes d’accès avec les clés virtuelles, le loueur a été réactif et la situation a été résolue dans un délai raisonnable.
− Nous avons été informés seulement 10 jours avant notre arrivée que l’appartement réservé n’était plus disponible et avons dû accepter un relogement faute d’alternative abordable. Les murs des deux appartements présentaient une forte présence de salpêtre, signe d’un problème d’humidité important. Après notre signalement, seule une intervention de ménage a été réalisée pour nettoyer les résidus au sol, sans traitement du problème. Le logement était également très bruyant la nuit en raison de sa proximité avec les grands axes. Enfin, nous avons rencontré des dysfonctionnements avec les accès : disparition temporaire des clés virtuelles et problème d’accès au parking le jour du départ, sans numéro d’urgence disponible, ce qui a compliqué notre départ.
