Charming London hotel
10.0This boutique hotel was a delightful choice for our first trip to London. The staff could not have been more helpful. Everyone was so nice and the service was top notch. The location was great for us and we were able to walk to many nearby shops and restaurants as well as Hyde Park and the Oratory. Brompton Road was a block away which was convenient but the location of the hotel was very quiet in contrast. The proximity to Harrod's was a plus in my wife's eyes. The rooms were well appointed, super clean and very quiet. It seemed as if we were the only ones on our floor but I know the hotel was likely full, since Wimbledon was going on during that time. It's pricey, but so is London in general. I wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back!
Guest review
10.0Beautifully welcoming exterior and subtly classical decoration. Very attentive staff with traditional values of service with very friendly disposition.
− The lounge and bar area are a bit cramped especially at busy tea/cocktail hour.
Exceptional
10.0Welcoming and so comfortable. Exceptional service and attention to detail. Lots of special touches . We can’t wait to go back.
Absolutely the best hotel in London
10.0A return visit, this time with my husband to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary and yet again Rosie, Clea and ALL the team absolutely pulled out all the stops to make our visit so special, literally, as before, looked after so well from the minute I made the reservation, the communications in the run up to, the whole visit down to the moment we left. The team, the room, the food -everything is top notch. You are made to feel like you are so special. Beats the big corporate impersonal London hotels hands down. Thank you so much for everything. Cannot wait to come back, yet again.
