8.0We got upgraded to the loft room, and it was a lovely experience. Bed was comfy, and while the aircon took a while to figure out, it worked great and kept the room very cold (the 24/7 reception helped us figure it out). The hotel is quite accomodating and clarified any questions we had via whatsapp (but it is faster to go down to the front desk). Amenities were fine overall too.
− Aircon took a while to figure out but it got working soon enough. Loft stairs are quite steep so be careful going down. Shower was not stocked with soap (maybe they didn't expect us there), so check first and ask the reception if it isn't there.
