8.0Location and cleanliness of the hotel.
− Had a faulty oven (replaced) and with full kitchen facility but many of the cooking utensils are not there, have to request from housekeeping.

I loved the amazing large suite, the beauty of the entire hotel, and the kind staff.
10.0I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the amenities available in the room. It was all so beautiful! I wish I would have been able to stay longer. I ordered the chicken, veggies, and cashews and it was delicious.
− I was very happy to see a washer/dryer combo in my room but there was no laundry soap. There was no way for me to call down to the front desk, the phone in the room didn't seem to be working.
