4.0The elevator was out the entire trip. Making it very difficult as I have a hard time with stairs. Especially as I was there for business. Otherwise it is a very basic hotel that could have worked well as the staff was quite nice.

10.0The Bastille Accor Aparthotel was great: clean, comfortable, convenient, friendly. My only suggestion would be to be very careful in the shower, which has a slippery floor (especially when soapy). Perhaps the management could be encouraged to supply rubber mats?
