8.0The hotel was average overall, but the location was excellent. The staff were amazing and really made our stay more enjoyable. They were happy to bring us extra pillows when we asked, and when we arrived they gave us lots of useful tips about getting around the city, which museums and attractions were worth visiting, and even recommended some great restaurants and cafés. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming.
