Hôtel exceptionnel
10.0Excellent séjour. Le personnel était prévenant et agréable en toutes circonstances : on nous a notamment aidé à remplir le bordereau de takkyubin pour transférer nos bagages vers notre hôtel suivant. Les commodités de l'hôtel sont nombreuses, avec un lounge accessible en permanence et un restaurant de très bonne qualité. La pratique de la bière gratuite à un certain horaire le soir favorise la convivialité et nous a permis d'échanger avec des Japonais de passage. La chambre était adaptée à nos besoins, correctement climatisée, et le frigo miniature était utile. Le quartier est résidentiel et très calme, mais l'arrêt de métro Nezu sur la ligne Chiyoda à quelques minutes à pied permet de se rendre partout. Le parc d'Ueno est tout proche, et le quartier offre de nombreuses options pour se restaurer.

8.0I loved the art and common areas. It had great amenities to use. I got a brush and mouth wash.
− Bunk beds are just noises and it’s not a mattress it’s more like a thick comforter which is not thick enough to side sleep.
